Export Logs ​

After modifying the log level settings, please exit the software and restart it so that logs are recorded from the program startup.

Repeat the error occurrence process once (this step is omitted in the demo) to reproduce the error and ensure error logs are correctly recorded.

Find the log file whose filename matches the current date (if multiple files have the same date, choose the one with the highest sequence number), and copy it out.

If service mode is installed and enabled, there will be a service directory; please copy the log files inside this directory.

After exporting the logs, if you worry the log files occupy too much disk space, you can change the log level back to INFO.

If the image is too small to see clearly, right-click the image and open it in a new tab. If the image file is large, please wait patiently.
